The images look a bit lo-res.

And the top pic is centered and the rest is not.

Get higher quality images, also format the text and change font and use little lighter font colors. The top banner looks too big also, you could divide it in two, text first and then banner, would do good for SEO too.

I was wondering what is the maximum pixel width for the website header to display properly on a 19" screen without horizontal scrolling?

Also, go with a narrower size. It requires a bit of horizontal scrolling on my 19" monitor. Look around at other sites and find ones that look good to you, then do it the same way they do it.

    Good luck. - Russ

Another vote for the centering idea and to beat a dead horse, hi-fi graphics are a must. Consider using a PC magazine editors choice logo from google and writing out the text from those images in HTML -- MUCH better for SEO, etc.

Also you may consider adding a form and other sub pages so that visitors have something, anything, to click on. Good luck!

Here are just some quick things I would do:

      1. Reduce the height of the image. Large images take a long time to load. Although they
are important, they're just there to complement your actual message. So, don't give
them too much real estate on your page.

      2. Wrap your content in a fixed width box and center the box on the page. You may want
to add some borders around the box for some visual effect. This will limit your text and
other content to appear only within the box. This is useful. If you don't contain your
content, one line of long text will appear from one end of the screen to the other. And
if your viewer has a big screen, they may even have to read the whole paragraph in one
      line.

      3. When I first went to the page, I wasn't quite sure what the product was all about.
The first line did not give me enough information. I had to read the foreheads :-)
You cannot rely on an image to convey your message because some people may
have their images switched off etc. The headline, should give the visitor an immediate
sense of whether this product could be the solution to their problem.

      4. The 5 top things (you had six by the way) would look nice in another highlighted box.
This would give like a quick summary of the benefit of the product.

      5. Try and stick to the same font, with the same format and the same color and size
thoughout your content. This will look visually more appealing. Only bold text that
are important and needs to stand out.

      6. Try and use bullets when you're listing things. This will make for easier reading.

      Hope this wasn't too overwhelming.
