Hi Warriors!
I've got a slight problem with a HTML site I'm working on for a client. I'm using a template and I've got everything how I want it but I'm having problems with uploading (or I think that's my issue), I've placed all the files
on to my server but when I go to the site, only text is displayed. The template is completely missing. I've created a js folder for the 5 .js files and also a css folder for the style.css document. I've been trying to solve this for hours now, exhausted google so I thought I'd ask here. Thanks

where do you bought the template?

If you used a big company on the internet to get the template, there is no way you need to setup a special CSS or JavaScript folder because everything is just for you to edit the template.

Of course in order to edit it, you will need an HTML editor like Dreamweaver...

TemplateMonster and IceTemplates are good resources for good templates...

But yes if the website is not displaying well online there could be an issue from your template while attempting to connect to the CSS and JavaScript Files if any....

Posting a link will help, so somebody can check the code and take a look for you...

You probably just don't have the css uploaded or in the code it's looking for the css in the wrong place. If all else fails you could install the plugin Firebug in Firefox and go to the Net tab and refresh the page. See if anything is getting 404.
