What is this Website Worth and How Quick to build it

Hi My friend built my website for me two years ago and I just wondered if I was to get one of you guys to do it - How much would you do it for? As in, any idea how much it is worth or what it would cost to build from scratch. The website is

My friend spent about 50 hours building it - any of you could do better??

    For the most part it's a clean site.

    Here's a few things I would have done differently:
    - Under Products, make those look more like a store -not a presale page
    - The forum template should match the site template more closely (imo) for a smoother transition. At least customize the template more.
    - Cleaner graphics; some of them are squished and have strange padding. The top featured area is ALMOST great. Change the times new roman first off!

    A site like this can take alot of time to build, tweak, and better. I'd say you have a great start, but could be generating more conversions with the right hand.
