gMail background sound

Guys I was just wondering if any of you can embed a background sound into gMail so when your friend opens your composed message, the background sound loads, automatically plays and loops...I tried some attempts but failed with ".swf", ".midi" and ".mp3" files...if any of you know how to do it, please help. It's just for fun.

    As far as I am aware you cannot and I would suggest against it, auto playing sounds are a nono in web designing & a nono for HTML emails.

    You can attach a sound file to the email, but like I said I don't think email clients can auto play sound.
