Looking for designer/s to partner with - multiple projects

Hi All,

I have several projects lined up with project plans drafted and domains registered, what I am looking for a is a quality, motivated individual or group with complementary design/development skills to partner with for these ideas.

Happy to trial a project to see how we work together, if all goes well I have a number of project ideas with domains registered that are only being held back by my lack of design/coding ability.
Looking to build lasting, mutually beneficial relationships here...as these projects relate to my registered business I take them seriously, I expect the partner/s to aswell

I am looking for a partner or partners with the following skills:
- Quality graphic design (the ability to design crisp, professional custom headers for wordpress and/or php based sites)
- Strong PHP skills a bonus
- Strong Wordpress skills
- Proficient with google adwords and analystics
- SQL proficiency not key for all projects but would be a bonus
- Ruby on Rails proficiency not key for all projects but would be a bonus (Ruby on Rails relates to a specific set of side projects).

What do I bring to the table?
- I am a business analyst by trade...intelligent fun guy with an inquisitive mind and entreprenurial spirit
- Project plans and registered domains for (IMHO) some great niche projects just waiting to be developed
- Ability to remunerate designer if required - all depending on the nature of agreement we come to. Happy to look at 50/50 though as appreciate there is risk and time required by both parties.
