real estate listings RETS / IDX
Hey there im a noob to this Wordpress/web design thing and wondering what people are using when making Websites for real estate agents most agents want to have the MLS listings included so how do we do this?
After Googling all day i see that you need to have an IDX which streams to get the mls listings.
The questions i have is how to i get one for CANADA (any recommendations)?
and are all of these services ones you have to pay monthly for? or are there any free ones (would obviously be payed by client)?
