Weird wordpress question

Hi guys,

I have a brand new WP installation that I can access and use just fine. My guy in the Philippines WAS able to use it until he says he was suddenly logged out and the password no longer works for him.

Same password ... I can still login, no problem.

Here's some important extra info:
I just took ownership of this domain yesterday. I bought it from a guy who had it registered at Dynadot. I moved it to Hostmonster and got WP setup fresh. It took a few hours for the DNS system to update so that my browser would "see" the new page rather than the old, but it was working for me and it was working normally for my employee in the Philippines.

Any clues as to why he suddenly can't login? I even changed the password for him as a test and no go.

He can access wp-admin, but it says the password is wrong. So strange.

    Very possible that the DNS hasn't fully propogated yet and your employee's ISP still has out-dated information, or maybe reverted to out-dated DNS info from a backup.

    Give it another 24 hours at least.

    You might just set up a simple HTML test page, upload to your server, then see if your employee can access it.

    Another thing you might do if you need to get the employee up and running fast is have them add your domain and site IP address to their computer's HOSTS file. That will force the request from the IP in the file rather than going through the DNS lookup process.

    Chris,

    It's probably user error. You tried changing the password... try setting up a new Administrator account for him (using different letters for the username) Maybe there's an issue with the keyboard, capitalization, or browser auto-complete. I agree with Jimmy to also try a different browser.
