Change background color of my premium wordpress them

Hello,

I bought a theme that I really like for my static wordpress site but I don't like the color. I am a newbie to the design scene. Is there a way to change the background of this theme and I want to change the color of the default ebook that's on the site. See, I'm in the process of designing my own ebook and I want to upload it to my site and a new background to sort of match it. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

    If it's a Premium theme it probably has some controls in the control panels that enable you to adjust colours, fonts and other features. So my first suggestion would be to ask in the support forums of the theme you bought.

    If all that comes to nothing you can change your colours etc by customising your stylesheet. This article explains how:

    And if it is a premium theme, then there are typically options from a menu that allows you to change the background color and all sorts of things. That way you don't have to understand or mess with css code.

    What theme are you using?

    Let us know and we can probably help you zero in on your fix a little bit better.

      Theme is ebook by templatic.com. I looked in the admin but I was only allow to change it to the default color which was black.
