the porn sites are giving you inbound links?

if you meant they are spamming your comments section with porn links, then I'm very surprised askimet isn't blocking it. just flag them for spam and askimet will adapt to filter them out for you. if it's really bad, switch to moderated comments, even if only for a while.

I strongly agree with Ambius that you should start moderating comments coming in. Porn sites spam are like virus. They can spam you by the hundreds or more in one day.

the best plugin I've been using for that is GASP. It's fairly new, and it is AWESOME for keeping automated bot spam off your Wordpress sites.

Askimet...it's ok...but not great at keeping spam away.
      GASP...top notch.

Your question was about cleaning the links...

You can look in your index.php and footer.php files (in your theme editor), but the surest way of cleaning out all possible spam and malware on your site is deleting the site and reinstalling it.

If you have regular backups that will be a pain, but a straightforward task. If you don't have regular backups install a database backup plugin to save all your content and then reinstall WordPress and restore your database.

You could also export your content to your machine and import it to the new installation later, through the Tools>Export screen, but I'd still recommend a database back up plugin.

Note: don't back up the system files, only the database. The spam is most likely in the system files.

When you're re-installing everything this article may help with some steps to take:

I would recommend you to check your askimet key. The secondly possiblity would be, someone must have sent you a comment that would have been a clean good comment and you must have accepted it. Now that spammer must have seen that his/her comment got accepted, he has started sending you the comments with those links as it would get automatically approved for that particular email id. Once you approve a comment from a particular email address, fileres doesn't block it or add it in the pending list to get approved.

So you would need to mark them spam for once and the next time, it wont show up as there would be a automatic filter for it.
