Need a Script for my Content Production Company

Hi,

I currently run a content production company and would like a "script" so that things can become more automated. In other words I need a system designed where it is possible to:

1) Have a client register a username and password; fill out an order form detailing the article details (titles, keywords, word count, notes etc)... Then pay for the articles...
2) Articles then get put in a system tray where writers qualified for those genres/niches can pick them up.
3) Writers write the articles in Word and upload them to the system.
4) Editors download and edit the articles, and then upload them back to the system.
5) Clients get a notification that their articles are ready and can then log in to download them (or have them automatically sent via email).

This would also need to keep tabs on who has ordered, written and edited what for payment purposes. This script needs to be aesthetically pleasing and fit in with my current wordpress website if possible: Antony Hayes - Professional Writing Services.

I am a little over my head here when it comes to getting something like this designed, does anyone have any suggestions? If so, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks,
Antony.

    1. Write a project spec, explains everything you need in details.

    2. Go to Balsamiq.com and come up with the GUI you have in mind.

    3. Post both to freelancer.com

    4. Adjust your budget accordingly, up your budget if you're not getting any quality bidders.

    5. ???

    6. Profit.

      Hi Clyde,

Thanks for responding. Unfortunately I am a little unclear as to what role Balsamiq will play. Will they help create the foundations and I then get a freelancer to help me code it?

      Thanks,
      Antony.
