Wordpress Page Problem

Recently, some new pages were created in Frontpage and copied to a blog and saved. Initially, the page presented correctly with the paragraphs set out but after a day when we checked, all the text has run together into one long paragraph.

Any suggestions please.

Thanks

I am confused... Do you mean you have created full (= starting with <html> and ending with</html>) webpage files and copy/pasted the whole thing into a WP Page or post?

Please, tell me nobody is doing that kind of dumb thing...

Edit the post in WP in HTML mode, add <p> and </p> at the beginning and end of each paragraph.

I'm assuming he is just referring to a single posting into an existing blog, not the whole page itself with CSS. If he is doing that then yes there would be a whole slew of problems.

    OK.

I never understood why would anybody need any other trashy html editor (like Frontpage) to create a TEXT that would be published in WP. Is there any logical, rational explanation for it?

Create your text in a plain editor (Notepad) and format it in WP - you have more than enough buttons there.
