Which WordPress Theme

HI, First I apologize for such basic question and yes I used google search and forum search but all I get is different people pushing different themes. I am new to online marketing and have setup a site at jackonopa dot com. but I have a problem that my posts are FULL TEXT and I want only few lines of text and then READ MORE button. I thought it was a setting somewhere within wordpress but I couldn't find it, It makes me believe that perhaps it does depend on the WordPress theme I utilize.
So which FREE WordPress theme does it. I look at joelcomm.com blog as the example how it should look like. Otherwise I think I am getting there.
Please advice
Thank You.

    This is going to be a full posts or snippets issue. I personally like Flexibility.

    I thought you used to just add something like this into your post where you want the post to break.

    <!--more-->

      That should work unless he is creating manual excerpts. Then it won't show any "read more" link.

      Looks like you have it figured out. Cool.

    I usually prefer to build my own CSS file, but I think you are not that technical I suggest you get themes from css mania, you will find it better.

      This should be quite easy. When typing your text into click the little button called "insert more tag" or press ALT + SHIFT + T

      That will give you the more button at the place where you inserted the tag.
