I can open my website.
But when i open to mywebsite.com/wp-admin

How can i solve it?

Have you upgraded the version of WP?

Did you happen to change the table prefix in your database? Also, did you fix your issue with having your links set to localhost?

This can happen if you've designed/populated a WP install on one machine, say a development machine, then tried to migrate the installation to a production server. The database gets confused as to where it's at and who has permission to be there.

If this is the problem, it's not an easy one to fix. You may be better off wiping the db and starting over if the site is new.
