How to delete this LINE......

Hi guys and ladies,

So I have a website about quitting smoking.

If you take a look at:
Quit Smoking Cigarettes | Stop Smoking Forever

Where it says (This is half way through the site):
Take a look at what some of our customers are saying about us:

There is a line above it that I can not get rid of. Can anyone help me with that? This link should be a the end of the sales page or not there at all.

    Your main problem is that you're building this in Frontpage. That's going to complicate things a bit. I took a look at your code, and the problem lies in this table:

    <table width="700" border="1" cellspacing="1" cellpadding="1">
    This is what's creating that line. If you can edit your code in Frontpage, look for that line and try getting rid of it.

      No, that's not it.

      If you can take all the HTML that I have and get rid of that LINE for me, I will pay you $20 through paypal after this is done.
