A simple question regarding word press...

So i've always used blogspot but have recently switched to wordpress and have had my eyes opened to a whole new world of blogging!

I'm planning on using wordpress for a few simple websites using templates.

What i was wondering was if I'm using wordpress.com and not wordpress.org can i still download premium templates? and if so how would i use it?

I can use the templates they provide on the site but i have been looking at external ones.

    As far as I know when your blog is hosted at wordpress as opposed to on your own server you are unable to upload templates, as well as having limited plugin options, etc.
    If I recall correctly you are able to edit the template files, but I may be wrong about this.
    If you want to use wordpress then I seriously suggest you look at hosting it yourself and your eyes will be opened ever farther.

    WordPress is the best CMS for blog creation. It is really good and user friendly. You can easily manage your blog always. You visitors will be satisfied with your website navigation. I can suggest you to use WordPress.org, because you will have personal website and will not depend on anyone. It's my point of view.
