I want to know your views and ideas for 3D Websites?
3D TV and Cinema have begun to catch on big time. So how long will it be before 3D gaming and ultimately 3D websites follow suit?
You can plug your games console into a 3D TV so the technology for 3D internet viewing is pretty much upon us as 3D games consoles/ 3D home entertainment systems are becoming available.
3D Websites would make online shopping amazing as you would be able to mooch around sites such as tesco.com and you would be able to actually view the 3D goods and walk down 3D aisles with your virtual trolley, making the online shopping experience feel seemingly more tangible. Physical viewing of properties in far away locations would barely be necessary. And then there is 3D Google Maps - wow, the possibilities are endless...
I would be very interested to read your views and ideas on where you think 3D websites could lead to and how this can be made into a mainstream reality.
