Uhoh I messed up re-WP, adsense ad size

Ok, I lost focus! I had this great plan, one project. Kept reading about blogging/adsense etc. and decided that it sounded good to me. So, today I decided to create a blog AND to install adsense ads on it. I've never blogged before nor have I used Adsense. It's all new to me.

I chose too large of ad size, so the ads hang off the edge of the computer (alright, I don't know where they hang off at, but they don't fit on my screen).

How do I fix this? Can I go back to adsense and get smaller ads, or is this a programming thing..... I don't know how to program, I'm a point and clicker/drag and dropper, or something like that.

That should teach me to stay on task! I've spent several hours working on this instead of my original project. Yup, I know, folks on here say they can build a blog in minutes... I can too, just took me a LOT of minutes.

    Not to worry, Darla; this is easily fixable.

    Go back to https://www.google.com/adsense and click on the AdSense Setup tab.

    On the blue bar at the top of the page, you'll see this link: Manage Ads.

    When you click on the link, your current AdSense units will show. Find your ad, and go to the right side of the page and click on "Edit Ad Settings".

    This will let you choose the right size. Then save when you are finished.

    All done!

      Thanks so much Norma,

      I have spent a whole bunch of time working on this, with no luck. FINALLY realized that I was using Adsense new Beta Interface and wondered if that had anything to do with my struggles. I simply can not find a way (using the new Interface) to resize my ads. So... I changed to the old style interface and there it was, big as day. One click and I was done. Can't believe I spent all that time on it, when it was so simple. Don't know if I'm not seeing the option to do that on the new interface or what, but it sure was frustrating!
