Ebook download page

Please bare with my questions. I'm new and just learning:confused:.
I'm creating a landing page to give away a free ebook using AWeber. The viewer will fill out their email and submit. They will receive the automated email with a link to download the free ebook. This link will take them to I'm assuming another page on my website or a different website? How do I put the pdf download link on this page? Do I use a plug in? I'm using Wordpress.

    In the Confirmation Success Page URL at the bottom of the List Settings page in Aweber you want to put the url to a page on your site that has a link to the pdf. If you are using word press I would suggest that you create a page outside of the wordpress site so it can not be found within your wordpress site. Just put an html page in the root directory of your website called confirm.html. You can also upload the pdf to the root directory or to its own folder in the root directory and then put a link to it on the confirm.html page. I also put a link to the download in the follow up email just in case they didn't download the .pdf file.
