Need wordpress help

I'm not sure what happened but all of the sudden I can't add images to my wordpress blog posts. Any ideas on what could be wrong? I'll add it and put insert into post and then a blank page appears but it's not inserted.

    Do you see anything when you view source of the published post or when you view HTML in the editor?

    Can you find the image in the media folder in wp-admin?

    No, it doesn't show up in the html. The image shows up in the media folder though

    It seems that I can add one from quick press but not from a new post or editing an existing post.
