I would add links to Amazon if you're a member of their affiliate program. This way you have more control over what your visitors see. What I'm currently seeing on your site is an ad of a girl who's face is being retouched. Out of the percentage of people who would click on ads, there is an even smaller percent of them who are looking for retouching info.

I would place an image ad on there for Photoshop CS5 Classroom in a Book or another book/DVD related to learning Photoshop.

I blogged about Michael Campbell's Heatmap ebook here, which is chock-full of real data on where ads convert best on a page.

Read it, but then really, really consider how much you want to sacrifice the user experience for a slight boost in income. And unfortunately, at 300 visitors a day, you may not notice any significant improvement in revenues, maybe not enough to even buy a beer!

A few other tips - you may want to ditch the Google Adsense ads, because they are not coming up with very good related ads. You always want your ads to be related, even targeted to your content. If people are coming to your site about Photoshop, they won't care about solar panels.

@aaron has a great idea - get some targeted ads for related products on Amazon and/or other affiliate networks.

On another note, I don't see how your header image is related to Photoshop info! And what is that "Password is" box in the sidebar?!

    HTH!

I would suggest putting ads on both sides but find relevant ads that people will click. If people aren't finding relevant ads to the site, then they won't click them.

First impression is the best impression! First of all change your theme to something 2 column that would be nice... Use some simple and bright colors for the theme. Its not something like more ads=more click. You should place it in right places.

best 2 places are above the content and banner ad.

See these site and how is their theme...
