My advice to everyone asking about web design

I've been a pro web designer for 5+ years and I do most of my work with 960 , cssgrid, jquery ui, .... etc . To be honest, most of them are daunting for someone who isn't a profissional.
I say go with "Bootstrap by twitter" and some photo-manipulation using photoshop. I think you're gonna love it cause is it's solid, reliable, easy to use and the javascript plugins are AMAZING. You'll need to know a little css and html to work with them but I promise the results would be amazing.

    yup +1 the twitter bootstrap framework. I use it for almost all projects, let's you hit the ground running.
