How to submit wordpress posts to Google Merchant Center / Google Product Search?
Hello!
I have a client who has an eCommerce store that runs on wordpress WITHOUT a shopping cart.
They sell large ticket items and the customers actually call in to place an order instead of ordering online through a shopping cart.
For example, each post in the "products" category is an item. The item posts have product images, description, price, etc.
They also have a blog category, where each post in that category is a blog post...not an item.
So, what I am trying do to is figure out how I can generate an .xml file from within WP that Google Merchant Center (Google Product Search) will accept.
Is there a plugin available for this? I can't seem to find a solution readily available and am starting to think this is something I'm going to need to get custom coded where I input the price, description etc as custom fields and the program create the xml file based on that.
Any help or recommendation you might have on this is greatly appreciated!
