I need a good "for sale by owner" WP theme
 
I've searched, and have found a ton of real estate-related themes, but almost all are geared towards agents/brokers.

I need one that simply showcases one home.

Any suggestions?

I'm not sure that there are many. Couldn't you simply have a static website built for you, or is this something you need done for free?

I have no problem paying for it. I was just hoping there was a nice theme out there for individual homes for sale, or fsbo's.

Thanks- I'll let you know. I have a fulltime programmer that works for me- I'm going to give him the opportunity first though.

I've written a complete blog post on the Top 7 Best Wordpress themes that may help you. You may decide to go for a theme that has hundreds of design options so you can easily design your own layout etc
