Need Urgent Advice Please..I.E not displaying website correctly!

Hi,
I've constructed awebsite using Firefox as the browser and Wordpress as the medium. Boost Your Immune System | Boost Your Immune System with pH Health Booster

Everything was fine until I checked today in IE and all elements are in one single vertical line and the LH navigation pane is centered.

I've disabled plugins and widgets to no availand cannot get to the bottom of it.

Can anyone help or advise please?

    Sadly, I don't use IE. By the way, the design looks like a niche site rather than a product site.

      Hi,
      I don't use I.E but thousands do which is the problem. Site has to be compatible.
      The reason it looks like a niche site is there is only one product so I'm trying to capture both markets so to speak by making the site authoritive with plenty of content but more of a sales font end. We'll see if it works!!
