My domain is out of my control and fake PR
I recently bought two domains which I thought were a good deal but it was only later that I realized that I was scammed regarding the PR. What I've been able to understand is that the domains I bought don't have the PR which they claimed to have and are showing so because of some redirecting trick.
However, as I paid my money to buy them, I thought of starting to make some use and I tried editing the index.html file for both of them. Firstly, neither of them had one and so I created and added some random content to see if it works. One of them did work and my editing showed result on its homepage but to my surprise, the second domain still shows some other page even after creating an index.html file of it. Not just that, it also has pop up windows. I tried editing the index.html file more than once but I was still seeing the same page. Can anyone here help me with how to edit my page and remove those pop-ups? And also how can I remove those redirects that display the fake PR?
