Ive never had a problem before and have used namecheap and hostgator for a couple years. Im trying to work on a site for a friend who has their domain registered with godaddy but had hostgator hosting as well. Ive went in and created an account for the site in hostgator ( reseller accnt ) and i have changed the nameservers in the godaddy domain manager. However, anytime i attempt to goto the domain or domain/cpanel it takes me to the parked page. I double checked and the nameservers did get changed to mine.

Any possible solutions?

Normally everything is working almost instantly for me. Does Godaddy take a while to actually process?

If you just did this, it might take up to 48 hours for the redirection to take place. This is called domain name propagation. Name servers can take a while to update sometimes.

You didn't do anything wrong though

I thought that may be it, I just have ALWAYS had instant access when using namecheap/hostgator. I guess just add that to the long list of reasons godaddy sux, lol
