Dreamweaver plugins

These days I am working with Adobe Dreamweaver and i am finding difficulties in designing layout of my website.
Please tell me any free or premier plugin which can help me in this task.
And please also post the ink from where i can get that plugin.

    Dreamweaver IS NOT wordpress. There are no "layout theme plugins". Dreamweaver uses built in templates to help with layout if you need it. You actually have to design the site yourself. Imagine that.

    DW is made for ground-up construction/development of a site and is best suited for those that are already at least familiar with html/css/javascript. If you are using DW CS5 then you have access to the widget gallery as well.
