Looking for a Web Development Partner

I have a company right now that is growing quickly and about to head into monetization (it's a long-term money maker) that I currently do the tech work for.

I need a tech who's head can be in the game, whereas mine is all over right now for various reasons (I am the Grand-High Poohbah, as well as head janitor, plus I also have my own development business, LOL!)

Here are a few tidbits about what I'm up to, and what role the right candidate will play:

We have an LLC with two full partners (myself and our Social Media Director/Legal Liaison), and one partner-in waiting (Administration/Financials) based on an 18-month trial period.

We currently have contracts for 13 sites, with 4 more in negotiation (potentials), and expected to add another 20 or so this year.

Our sites are built primarily on Joomla/PHP, with Moodle for our learning center.

We are currently on a Dedicated server at Hostgator, having grown out of our VPS a month ago.

We provide business backbone and support for people of passion, allowing them to focus on content and network building, while we handle the coaching, technical end, much of the legal, financial services and more (coming). Think of us as Franchichising 3.0. *grins* We make money when the sites make money.

The main key in finding a programmer/CIO is someone who can work well with myself and the partners, who is creative and flexible, and excited about how technology works with marketing to make exponential results.

As I noted above, you would not be working with just me, there would be a multi-stage interview process, for all of us to assure ourselves that this would be the right fit. You'd be working with a bunch of women (LOL!) primarily, although we have a few men, and I would be your main point of contact, except for tech/bug issues.

If we all agreed it is the right fit, you would be brought in under a trial agreement like our third partner. The trial is 18 months (legal paperwork and such), and would include work as usual, with you tracking your hours (5-15 hours per week). If for any reason, you chose not to work with us, or we chose not to work with you during that time, you would be paid commeasurate with a fair yearly salary when the corporation could afford to do so (so you would not be "out" anything or "cut off" when the corporation succeeds).

If/when you made it through that 18 month period, you would be given a % of the corporation OR a fair salary (with built-in increases and bonuses), whichever we negotiated.

*smiles*

Of course, you can PM me, or reach me directly at 347-470-4365.

Thanks for reading. If you're interested, I'm happy to provide you any details you might need.
