Custom template for RAP

I use Rapid Action Profits (RAP) to create most of my websites. I'd like to be able to add a border with a drop shadow all around the entire "table" (header, body and footer)

It would be a white background and a white table.

I have a pretty good general knowledge of editing html and using Microsoft Frontpage, and I do have Dreamweaver CS3 (just haven't used it because I'm not familiar with it).

Can someone tell me how to do this? Preferably someone who is familiar with RAP.
