security and legal considerations with wordpress forms?

Hi, first I'm pretty much illiterate when it comes to this technical stuff, so bear with me.

I'm setting up a basic WP site where I'll send offline customers looking for a free basic website setup, who'll sign up for hosting through my affiliate link.

I was going to just set up a basic contact form for them to send their hosting login details to me, but just wanted some advice on that.

While I'm pretty unlikely to be targeted by any eavesdroppers/MITM attacks since I'm not planning to do any SEO at all (just targeting offline customers), I'm wondering if it's okay.

Are there any legal issues (or security issues I'm not considering) that I need to consider? Do I need to/should I provide a disclaimer or something?

Cheers

I also have a website that does something similar to what you have mentioned here. The one thing that you should consider when using doing an endorsement for affiliate links is that legally your are required to use a disclaimer that you are an affiliate or partner.

This may or may not apply to you, it guess it depends if you are doing an endorsement or not.

    I hope this helps.

Really? I didn't know that. Though I already tell them that I get paid for referring them in a video.

    Thanks though
