Convert word doc to HTML

Hello,

I have a document file that is all perfect in copywriting format but when I save it as HTML etc the highlighting is off, pictures misplaced etc.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Perhaps even I could email you the document file and have you convert it to HTML so that it will look exactly like it does on a wordpress site as it does on Word. I already have optimize press, just need to get the formatting right.

Let me know how much $ you think would be fair... and whoever wants to help I'll give 15$ by PayPal

PS I have tried the doc to HTML converters, tried saving the Word file as .htm etc, none of that works properly.

Thanks!

Send me the money after you are certisfied

But for now I want to make your life much easier so that you do not need to hire people every time you convert from word to html.

The best thing to do first, is to use an editor such as Frontpage to edit your document before submitting it to your blogs.

Log in your WP admin and click the add plugin button, then
search for the file "Dean FCKeditor" and intal it to your word press and then activate it.

Then go to your normal Post or Page editor and you will have a better featured HTML editor with a good looking WYSIWYG editor.

Here you can find an icon for expanding the screen for better editing, you should click on it.

You can now use it normally just as you are using an html editor.

Now if your document and images are in your desktop or a Laptop, you will need to upload all your images to the website first before you use the above feature.

    lets say you upload them to your www.yourdomain.com/images/ then you will need to have all your links in your html editor linking to that directory;

Then the image name such if your image is called "myimage.jpg" here is what your links in your document should be: http://www.yourdomain.com/images/myimage.jpg

Do this for all other images.

After that open each of your documents with any WYSIWYG editor such as MS Frontpage etc, and chose select all from edit menu, copy the document and paste all the document in the previously opened WP Page or Post editor, then you can use the right mouse button to use the tools for linking etc if required.

    I hope this helps
