Your SEO guys can use google translator to translate your text into any language, of course you would (or should) need to read thru it first to be sure that google did a good job of trandslating your text, but there ya go!

Yes Google will give you credit for a few backlinks in English sites with English articles on them. If you think that this should be done on .nl sites, I say think again. Keep the articles in DUTCH!!! Do not think that they will give you the needed weight and move you strongly upward in the SERPs. Take the time and do it correctly and you will gain a lot.... If you want to take the time you will surely reap the benefits....

If you want the site to rank for Dutch keywords you need to get backlinks in Dutch also.

I think this says it all already. It's your target that matters here, which is rank for Dutch keywords, so even though English words may do some good, just stick on how it should be. That's at least how I think it should be.

There are numerous sites that you can put your link on. Social bookmarking sites are an excellent place to start, this will help your site to get indexed a lot quicker as well. This is a tactic i use for new sites that i launch and some of the sites that I have published, have been indexed in a couple of hours. If you leave your site to be indexed naturally it could take months. When submitting your site make sure you include your key words in the title box and in the tag box.Submitting articles is another tactic that i use to build back links, and improve page rank. Write a good quality article about your service or product and the submit the article to as many article sites as possible. The trick is to submit unique articles as the links in the article will carry more weight in the eyes of the search engines. There are a couple of free tools that will help you spin articles. Include your key words in your links.

The english article might work, but if you really want to achieve higher rank in the .NL search index, you'd better have Dutch language content.

Using Google translator would be the best option for you. Use it to translate your Dutch articles to English.

1) Focus on semantics
2) Social networking and sharing for links
3) Focus long term and not on short term goals
4) SEO and go with word of mouth traffic

Dear you have created your website in dutch language, which means that your targeted audience is Dutch people. So for the optimization of your site, you should post dutch articles and back links in Dutch language. Your SEO Experts can use google translator to translate their English articles or posts in Dutch. Links text or article in English will not be so much helpful in increasing the rank of your pages because of irrelevancy. English Visitors also ignore the sites which are in other languages.
