If you any body please help me.

  Either go to school or start watching youtube. You could also go to w3cshools (free site) or you can find tutorials all over the internet. You can take up Wp and read thru the codex to learn a ton of stuff on your own. I went to school for java, javascript and html/css and php. Not much of that has helped me at all really. Well, I take that back. It taught me how to design database schema and implement things like databases and how to code and all. But you will always find that no matter how much school or training you have, you never learn anything until someone is paying you to do it and your under a timeline, Also you find that stuff in class is not what is needed for the job at hand, lol. Then you either learn it or don't eat, lol. Ps, at this point, everything you learned in School goes out the window and you feel like a noob again, lol. It has happened to the best of us. My point is that Google can be your best friend and if your just going to build one site, learn just what you need. In doing that you will lead the way to many other ideas and sites with your new found skills. When you find a new skill, it will not apply to everything and can actually hurt you in other projects, so keep it fresh and always research and find tuts and things like this.

as said by others, LEARN but while you are learning try to embark on your project. it will accelerate your understand of the tutorial and within week you may be through. depending on you.

There are many places to learn as said eg. w3schools.com and many others

I use to use Web Sherif to make Beautiful HTML pages. it has a neat drag and drop interface.

use dreamweaver with some css and you can get a nice site. or try your hand at joomla, it will benefit you in many ways

If you want to get a website created (you can't create the Web), hire someone on Warrior Forum or any freelancing site. For creating on your own, you have plenty of advice.

if u have the idea of making website with help of Microsoft Front page 2003.....than this tool will help u to creating the HTML base website like your above mentioned sample website.....and if u have 0 % idea of HTML than go W3 schools official website and learn HTML first....it's free for every one....

The best option for you is to admit in any reputed learning center and do study a lot from online. Making a professional looking website is not an easy job, but don't worry no one could make that in one day. All have to come the way that I suggested you above. So do study and practice a lot. Out of my personal experience, W3schools is the best tool to learn and Dreamweaver is the best tool to try and earn simultaneously. Keep your mind open and update yourself. Learning never ends.

If you are learning any language first time than the best choice for you is to learn in some institute from a teacher directly. He will transfer his experience, knowledge and answer your questions directly. If you have already learnt some programming language than you can seek help from internet and w3schools is a very good site to learn. For simple static html pages you can use MS frontpage.

There are plenty tutorial websites available on the internet.Just find out the most effective website.I have one website called (w3school).This website is so easy to understand HTML and function.You should used this website.
