One Kick ass design would do it. I would use a beach themed background or similiar, with a couple of mid to large sized Bright colorful graphics to set off the tone. I would also use a few under toned colors and details around a lot of your filler text and then re energize the scene coming back into your Main info and Selling point and draw the reader to your main selling points and to your sale.

Only thing that jumps out - or actually doesn't - is there's no logo. What CMS are you using?

  Good question, I would like to know to. On first look at the source it appears as an html site only- but upon closer inspection it starts to looks kind of like a blogger.com site or something similar. I did not notice any indication of WP, Joomla Or Drupal in there, I would be interested in finding out as well. What is this site? lol. :confused:

  Okay. Well I am not sure what program that you are using for your blog, but it looks well strange. Also I would put all the social media sharing stuff at the bottom not the top of your posts. This was just a post that you linked us to. I went and looked at your site as well. It needs some a header, plain and simple. Also you need a logo or a picture of yourself. You have a picture that shows up next to the web address, I forget the name of these at the moment, but why are you not using that on your site.
  
  I would make a few more changes maybe line things up a little different, it comes across mostly like an ad right now. I would make some way of getting on a subscribtion or mailing list or give something away to get emails. I think you are missing out on a lot right now. You are in a very competive market and you are going to want to make this site stand out a little more.
  
  Have you lost weight? Do you have a great story about this? Do you know how to stay in shape or lose weight? I would make a home page with all that info and have that be the landing page. Then get peoples emails, then link to the blog post from that page.
  
  This is just a suggestion and I know how hard it is to do these things. Especially in the beginning. I am still tweaking and fixing my site all the time. So do not get discouraged by my words, these are just my opinions and you can take them or leave them.

First of all, the design. Let's face it. When you got to any site the first thing you notice is the design - is it fresh looking, is it professional ? This one looks like it got some great content but the design isnt good at all. If I personally have to rate it it would be 2-3 from 10. Consider improving the background and also put some borders because now it's looking that some part are just floating around.

Also, you need a logo. There are tons of places you can get logo for free, make it yourself if you got skills or outsource it.

That's what I can say from a first look.

Get a good WordPress theme based website. You can find plenty of good theme free or for a small price.

  The site is way to text heavy reduce it so that the user doesn't get overwhelmed by all the text. Also the google adds and social media feed kinda frames the site and makes it seem a bit ugly.
