Is This Even Possible? URGENT Request

Hi all,

I have a client requesting to use a WordPress blog as a broadcast tool rather than a blog.

They want to automatically feed their blog posts into different LinkedIn Groups or sub-groups BUT when somebody clicks on the link they don't want the person to be taken to their Blog, but rather for the content to be opened in a lightbox or new window not associated with their Blog.

The blog is to be kept in the background and not viewable publicly.

Is this actually possible?

    The lightbox will be an issue. I'd be supprised if linkedin let you send them javascript to execute a lightbox from their site.

    I'm sure wordpress has ways to send out feeds so getting the data out should be doable.

      Thanks for the reply Ussher - we can definitely send the feed to LinkedIn but it's getting it to work so the person clicking doesn't get led back to the blog that's the tricky part.

      Hopefully someone else will chime in too
