Self design web sites

Greetings ... I have a few small web projects that I need to delve into and was wondering if anybody knew of any good and easy to use self building web sites? I have a few domain names that I would like to have some fun with and would like some info on the best way to do that. Not projects that I would not nor want to break the bank on in terms of development, but I would like something that's quick, easy to use, and affordable. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks. : )

    There is a lot of free website template out there... if you want quality for sure, check out flashmint and templatemonster sites.

    Sadly, websites cannot grow by themselves or procreate to increase their population. Each of them has to be created by people using HTML, CSS, PHP and scripts/CMS such as WordPress, Joomla and Drupal.

      I use XSitePro for my 80+ web sites. Was using Frontpage, but XsitePro is much better It's $197 now.

        I use x site pro and i have the whole adobe suite. X site pro can put out some good sites you just have to add a little snippets and buttons and graphics and it produces a pretty good site.

        I have recently downloaded the trial version of xara and web plus by serif. The graphics and the 3d extruder tool are amazing. I have actually been putting graphics into xara and using the 3d tool on them then importing them out. I was surprised the free version let u do that.

        Download both the free versions of xara and serif and im sure you'll be happy although some of the fuctions are locked. All three are probably the best options for a newbie. You should be up and running with x site pro no longer than a week.

        If you want to play with design for free go to blogger and open a free blog up. That is how i first started. I learned how to make a squidoo lens LOL then a blogger blog and went from there.

    There's an easy to use system I found called IntellySite. You can search them online. Other than that, you could use WordPress to install and quickly add pages. But, for custom work, there really isn't a quick way to make things look and work great.

    I will say that you see templates which are designed for wordpress. You will get lot of plugins which you can use to run your website. If you know html and css then it will be a plus or you can hire a freelancer. If you are looking for long term then, go for wordpress or you have another option : webs.com

If you need more customized websites design like professional looks then, you can contact web designers who are providing services for web design and develop.
