Has anyone tried BlueGriffon WYSIWYG HTML editor?

BlueGriffon, The next-generation Web Editor based on the rendering engine of Firefox

Is V1 stable?

& is it the best free wysiwyg html editor?

  I'm not recommending it, I can't not having tried it out.
  
  I am looking for a low budget alternative to Dreamweaver and just found BlueGriffon last evening.
  
  Seems incredible for the money if it does what it claims.
