How do I make my website adjust to the users resolution size?

Is there any way i can make my website size adjust/change automatically to the resolution size of the users computer. Any code that can be used?

You can make two different css files (or more if you please) and then call them via javascript, as described here:

Or you can just make sure your sizing is fluid rather than fixed width.

indicate that only 15% of people are using 1024 or less, so I'd design with 1280 in mind. If you're on less than that then I think you're going to be used to a fair amount of scrolling anyway.
