Wordpress Help

I've created a new site with a basic wordpress theme.
It all looks ok whilst I'm logged in, however as soon as I log out and view my site, the theme is gone, as if the style sheet is missing.
Could this be permissions related?

    is the theme from within the Wordpress database or is it one youve uploaded?
    if you uploaded it, did you mske sure to press the "activate" button?

    Too little information. Are you working in maintenance mode using some plugins? What theme are you using?

      I'm using the Twenty Ten 1.2 theme which is activated.
      It appears like the style sheet is probably not accessible for normal users.

      Just tested the site from another computer and it looks ok.
      The difference is the IE browser version.
      Looks like it doesn't like IE 7 for some reason.

      Are there any issues with IE7 and Wordpress?

    There is no such things as "issues with XYZ/ABC browser and WP".

    The issues are always caused by "web designers" who create themes that are not displaying properly in all browsers. In other words - it's your theme, not WP.

    Did you upload your theme through WP Dashboard or did you upload it through File Manager?

      I uploaded within the WP dashboard.
      Also tried using one of the existing default themes.
