Website theme suggestions needed

Hi fellow warriors,

I have a two part question, both relate to website construction.

Question 1. I have been asked by a client to construct a car dealership website, which he wants found in the Google organic search results. Can any of you warriors suggest a premium theme which has performed well in this situation. I am in a position to promote the website using back-link building along with article and video marketing, and blog commenting, I would appreciate any suggestions and maybe an example of a working website. We are based in Ireland and obviously I will be targeting the Irish market. There will be no shopping basket on the site.

Question 2. I have another client who wants an e-commerce website selling garden machinery, I would like some suggestions in relation to the best theme and shopping basket to use, also the website will be depending on organic search results traffic, so it will have to be very SEO friendly.
I would be very grateful for your suggestions for either project, or if you could suggest a specific successful system to adopt for these projects.
