Need help with my websites

I can tell you one thing that is rather annoying to most people is that instant email pop up that comes up to quick most people don't like that, you see the space on the side where your adds are you should have an email jump off there to just so that the reader of your blog knows that he or she can feel free to opt in to your newsletter, you need to put a call to action in your post telling the reader what you would like them to do but indirectly if you know what i mean, simple not to demanding always remember you control the reader so you have to give instructions also, you do have alot of potential and you should have a little more faith in your self as well i mean if you can talk about losing weight like you do and even put you pictures up there then you should just change your mind set just a little cause you've got it, now since you don't have money to invest focus on getting more content to your site and visit other blogs, facebook, twitter.... till you can get enough money to get you an article submitter like unique article wizard, this way you can give your content to many directories this way but untill then just keep doing you oh yea and one more thing people like to see who you are and you might need to get a header for your blog with you in it and you will see the difference... please enjoy and keep up the good work you will make it.......

Thank you for the information. In my everyday life and talking about regular work at home jobs I ooze confidence, but when it comes to something like this I get nervous and clam up. I would love to add my picture to the header, I suppose I will do some research on how to do that.
