New AlertPay Test Environment (Sandbox)

Hi everyone!

AlertPay is happy to announce we've launched, Sandbox! A fully functional test environment for Developers, Webmasters, and Business Services to test their websites payment receiving features before going live. (Test API functions, "buy now" buttons & buyer/seller accounts.)

To get to the Sandbox visit our AlertPay Developer Center where we offer a range of tools to help you integrate AlertPay into your payment process. You can also get all the information regarding what the Sandbox can do and how to test in it. If you have questions there is also a Quick Start Guide explaining all the features or you can ask questions on this forum or our developer forum.

    Do you need an AlertPay account to be able to pay someone?

    Or can you accept credit cards much like PayPal can without the need of having an approved account?

    Hi Cravereplace,

    If someone wants to make a payment to you, then they don't need an AlertPay account. They can simply fill out their credit card information and make a payment on the sellers website.
    The seller or merchant can receive credit card payments with or without a verified account but in order to withdraw funds will need to verify their account.
