Ebay shop design some suggestions

Guys,
I´ve started on ebay a few weeks ago and things started well to me, so i´ve created an ebay shop with the standard templates that sux bigtime...
Now i´ve saw a few nice shop exemples:

so i´ve went to odesk to find any ebay shop expertise to have a professional looking store but none of them could show me ebay shop they built so i got confidence and hire them, so i´m here to get some suggestions about free-lancers who are willing to help me in my project, i dont want companies because i dont want to pay a fortune to my small business.
