Hey there, i am recently in an attempt to set up a blog for my father's website for his company. Sadly though his web host cannot install WordPress due to the fact that their servers host .net applocations only hence no php support is on the server.

Do you guys know how i could set up a blog that does not need php support?

Thanks,

- Chris

Well that's a bit curious. Most hosting companies anymore have php support unless you have a Windows hosting service and even then most of them still have php support.

If you have a WIndows account you can try Blogengine.

When it's all said and done you are going to have to have some sort of support for a server side language like php or ASP

    Hey ronc0011,

Thanks for the advice, i went ahead and tried to propose the same idea to our web host, and he's willing to install it for a lovely charge of $450. ($150/ hr for 3 hours). We decided to move web hosts.
