Im running an online marketing agency in Europe.
It is a fresh business and it is currently expanding regionally.
I cannot get all the work done by local designers and need to outsource some graphic stuff.
How would you go about organizing the process of web development and design, with the assumption that the final product has to be in an unknown language.
Keep in mind that local workers are expensive.
How would you go about organizing this process? From client enquiry all the way to final product.
