help with GoDaddy hosting&SMF forum 2.0
Hi all,
I'm quite the beginner when it comes to setting up websites and this is the first going live with GoDaddy & Smf. for my ease I have used godaddys product list, downloaded MySQL / SMF 1.1.14 - but I must upgrade to 2.0 to get the theme I wanted etc...
I followed the guide from SMF to upgrading, downloaded the relevant upgrade files, installed to the FTP, where the 1.1.14 forum files were, selected overwrite - and it says 'Server error - upload canceled refresh page'.
I have created the MySQL database - all relevant usernames/passwords etc.. Hosting is purchased and I believe it is set up correctly to the domain I am creating the database for.
Any help would be amazing!
