I have just put up a Privacy Policy Generator that I coded in PHP and JavaScript to automatically generate Google Adsense compliant Privacy Policies for your websites.
It is still a work in progress, but I spent a lot of time adding features that will enable you to encrypt your required email contact link and other useful things.
I did this for selfish reasons, as I am always writing these privacy policies for my sites and couldn't find a good generator that did what I needed to stay on top of Adsense's TOS.
