how can I make a website like this?

Best Diet Plans & Weight Loss Videos for Losing Weight

At the bottom of the website it says that it uses some plugin...
however, that plugin is not the thing that makes the site
look the way it does.


So, if any of you guys know how to make this type of site...
or know where I can buy the template for this type of site...
I would be greatly appreciative.

    Hi there,
    I just look at the site you will have to design a custom theme for it. how the whole project will goes lemme explain.
    1: you design a PSD from Graphic desinger
    2: the web designer will code the PSD to HTML and then to WordPress theme
    3: after the expert WordPress developer will make the website functional like that site.
    Personally I think it will be hard to find the theme that match exactly to this website, you will still have to pay to developer to customize the theme for you if you found any matching theme.
    And its my personal experience that it require same effort to make any theme look like another theme as both have different CSS style.

    The site uses a custom theme. You will need a custom theme or find one that looks like the said site. Plugins won't do this for you.
