Need Help With Purchased-PLR Website Package To Make Unique and Profitable!

Maybe even looking for a partner. Would like someone who knows how to take a complete website business package w/ PLR rights and make it uniquely different and profitable. I think the site is a great niche to be in now and has great potential to be profitable. The name of the site is Alternative Fuel I just need help making it functional. Right now it is a mess. I have the website sales page, thank you page, 7 e-course lessons for opt-in subscribers, 50 articles, review site with adsense lay-outs, 5 press releases, Top 5 Affiliate Programs for Alternative Fuel, google leads, overtureads, researched top key-words.
