Can anyone point me to a how-to video or information on the best way to convert my Xsitepro site to Wordpress?

    Whether it's an XSP site, or any other site, the most important thing to think about is redirecting your old pages to your new pages. This is because your URL structure will change when you move to WordPress.

    Forget about softwares. If you want clean wordpress theme that looks good in every browser, you'll need to create a new WP theme based on your design from scratch.

    Depends on your html coding and wordpress skills, you can either do that your self, or hire a professional html/design-to-wordpress converter.

    I agree with mijagi, build ur site from 0 will make u more smart then using an automate software, beside it, u'll be unable to make changes based on what u wanted.
